Refund policy

Please know that due to extremely high traffic, my shops processing time can vary. Processing time for handmade items can be from 5-20 business days this is not including weekends. Processing time on NON- handmade items are 2-5 business days. 
(Weekends are my rest days)

I work on orders First Come First Serve there is no Favoritism.

I will try my best to work on orders as quickly as I can but by also making sure Quality is Top Notch!
 

Return Policy:

I do not accept returns or exchanges. If package needs to be re-sent due to wrong address, customer must pay again for shipping.

No Refunds on Digital Products!

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately (within 7 days)  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost package: 

If order says it was delivered and it has not please allow 24 hours to see if it appears. If it doesn’t please contact your Local Post Office. 

Order Cancellation Policy:

At Simpleshopz, we work quickly to prepare and ship your items. For this reason, we do not accept cancellations or changes after an order has been packaged, and label has been printed.
